We collect our raw materials from area where coconut shells are best produced and carbonized. This is a vital part of our business as only the best raw materials can produce the best quality of charcoal.
When our raw materials arrive in our factory, the first process is to clean it to make sure no other material than coconut charcoal is included in our production. Then, we proceed to converting the raw materials into powders.
Next step is mixing the powder of coconut charcoal with our water and glue. It is very vital that our powder is very well blended with water and glue as it maintain our briquettes’ hardness.
Briquetting or shaping is the next step after mixing. We shape our briquettes based on the size of our customers' order
Once our briquettes are shaped and cut, we proceed to drying them in the oven. Using oven with technology from Germany which is highly efficient and environmental friendly, we dry our briquettes for about 24 hours to reach the moisture content required.
We let our briquettes to cool down after the oven process before packing them into plastic and boxes to avoid self heating which is very dangerous during shipment.
After cooling, we pack our products into plastics and boxes of our customers.
Lastly, we load our carefully produced coconut charcoal briquettes into containers and are ready to be shipped to our loyal customers.
